Mr. Peduzzi joined CNB Bank as President and Chief Operating Officer in August 2021. In July 2022, he assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of CNB Bank. Mr. Peduzzi has over 34 years of experience in banking and financial services, having most recently served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a Pennsylvania community bank. During this time, he has served on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers. Mr. Peduzzi was elected to the CNB Bank Board of Directors January 1, 2022.
Mr. Greslick has been with CNB Bank since 1998, and previously held several senior management positions including Chief Support Officer and Chief Operating Officer. In his role as Chief Administrative Officer, Rich provides senior leadership over the Bank’s back-office Operations, Employee Resource functions, and Retail Lending.
Mr. Greslick holds a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He joined CNB Bank as a member of the finance department and was promoted to Vice President/Operations in 2007. In 2010 he was promoted to Senior Vice President/Administration and in 2012 was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In 2022, he was appointed Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Griffith develops and implements growth and revenue generation strategies covering the Bank’s primary sources of interest income and fees, including Commercial Banking, Private Banking, and Wealth and Asset Management. Marty has been with CNB Bank since 2016, and previously held the positions of the BankOnBuffalo division founding President, as well as CNB Chief Banking Officer.
Mr. Griffith graduated from Ithaca College with a B.S. in Business Administration and has a degree from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. He has over 30 years of experience in various areas of banking, including 16 years with Five Star Bank, serving in roles of SVP/Retail Banking Executive, SVP/Commercial Banking and Regional President.
Leanne D. Kassab joined CNB Bank in 1996 as a Marketing Assistant and served in various roles, including Executive Vice President of Client Experience, before transitioning to her current role of Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Experience Officer in 2021. She served as Senior Risk Officer for CNB Financial Corporation’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program from 2013 to 2015. Ms. Kassab graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
She graduated with honors from the American Bankers Association (ABA) School of Bank Marketing and Management, the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Advanced School of Banking and, in 2021, the Pennsylvania Bankers Commercial Lending School. She was awarded the Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers (CIB) and serves as an ABA Bank Marketing Conference Advisory Board member and Vice President of the board of directors for Clearfield Arts Studio Theater, Inc. (CAST).
Tito L. Lima, Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer
Tito L. Lima has over 31 years of experience in various areas of banking. Prior to joining the Corporation, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at NexTier Bank, N.A. from 2015 through June 2019. Prior to joining NexTier Bank, Mr. Lima served as Executive Vice President of Finance for National Penn Bancshares from 2013 to 2015. Mr. Lima graduated from the Robert Morris University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
Gregory M. Dixon has been with the Corporation since 2003 and has served in various capacities, with the most recent being Senior Credit Officer. Mr. Dixon holds a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking and a graduate of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association School of Commercial Lending. Mr. Dixon has served and continues to serve on various boards within the community.
Darryl Koch, Executive Vice President, Chief Information Technology and Security Officer
Mr. Koch joined CNB in 2019, most recently serving as Senior Vice president, Chief Information Technology and Security Officer. For 17 years before joining CNB Bank, Mr. Koch ran his own IT consulting business. He is a graduate of Shikellamy High School and the Susquehanna Charter Cyber School. He went on to receive his Bachelor of Science degree in networking security and Master of Science degree in information security and assurance from Western Governor’s University. Additionally, Mr. Koch has twenty information technology and security certifications including Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Hacking Forensics Investigator (CHFI), Practical Network Penetration Tester (PNPT), Cisco Certified Network Associate: Security (CCNA), Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
Mr. Noah has been with CNB Bank since 2017 and has served as the Regional President of its BankOnBuffalo division since 2021. In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Noah leads the Bank’s Regional Presidents, ensuring the implementation of the Corporation’s loan and deposit growth strategies, and integrating the Corporation’s revenue generation and efficiency management activities, throughout the Bank’s family of divisions.
Mike joined BankOnBuffalo in 2017 as senior business banking relationship manager with more than 20 years’ banking experience in commercial and small business lending positions.
Steven R. Shilling has over 26 years of experience in wealth management and private banking. Prior to joining the corporation, he served as a Senior Vice President in leadership roles with Huntington Wealth Advisors, National City Private Client Services and the Bank of America Private Bank. He graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Economics from Grove City College and received an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Ms. Wilcoxson joined CNB Bank in August 2020 as Executive Vice President, Commercial Banking. She has 28 years of banking experience having held Senior level positions at other financial institutions in the greater Cleveland area. In her new role, Ms. Wilcoxson will drive CNB’s syndication desk and pricing model, while maintaining loan policy authority. Her prior experience ranges from small business lending and middle-market manufacturing-based companies to complex commercial real estate projects. This vast experience will assist in guiding CNB through future growth and expansion into new markets.
A native of Clearfield, Ms. Andersen returned to her hometown and began working with CNB as the Vice President of Compliance in 2020, after a fifteen-year banking career in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. She is a graduate of Gettysburg College and is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager. Additionally, Ms. Andersen is a 2014 graduate of the American Bankers Association’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking and a 2023 graduate of the CNB Bank Leadership Institute.
Ms. Koptchak began her career with CNB Bank in 2004, starting as a universal associate. Her previous roles at the Bank reflect her path of successful career development including positions as a management trainee, branch manager, assistant vice president, regional manager, and most recently vice president of employee experience.
A native of Philipsburg, Pennsylvania, Ms. Koptchak graduated from Philipsburg Osceola High School. She went on to receive her Associate of Science degree in business administration from The Pennsylvania State University, Wilkes Barre Campus. Additionally, Ms. Koptchak is a graduate of the PA Bankers Advanced School of Banking, Graduate School of Banking, HR Management and is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
Robin Mink, Senior Vice President, Chief Treasury Management Officer
Ms. Mink joined CNB Bank in 2017 to develop and oversee the treasury management product and sales strategy. She has over 30 years of experience in treasury management as both a bank executive and corporate finance practitioner. Ms. Mink was one of eight women bank leaders chosen to serve on the inaugural steering committee for Impressia Bank, a recently launched division of CNB Bank.
A native of Columbus, Ohio, Ms. Mink is a graduate of Otterbein University and Leadership Columbus. She is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and active in both the National Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) and the Central Ohio AFP Chapter (COAFP), most recently serving as President.
