Mr. Peduzzi joined CNB Bank as President and Chief Operating Officer in August 2021. In July 2022, he assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of CNB Bank. Mr. Peduzzi has over 34 years of experience in banking and financial services, having most recently served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a Pennsylvania community bank. During this time, he has served on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers. Mr. Peduzzi was elected to the CNB Bank Board of Directors January 1, 2022.

Mr. Greslick has been with CNB Bank since 1998, and previously held several senior management positions including Chief Support Officer and Chief Operating Officer. He currently serves as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer.

Mr. Obi is President of UBIZ Venture Capital and CEO of Spectrum Global Solutions.

Mr. Peterson is President of Clearfield Wholesale Paper, Wholesale Industry.
